Reach Out & Onboard
Fill out a contact form or shoot us a DM on socials. We’ll take a look, and if you seem like a solid fit for the position, we’ll talk logistics. If everything works out, we’ll send you a Monarch onboarding form and get your journey started.

We’ll send a training video with the onboarding form so you’re familiar with the material. Once you’re ready, we’ll give you a list of the current locations and providers, and you can pick where you want to go for a 7-14-day blitz. We front your flight and housing, so you don’t pay anything out of pocket.
Train & Travel

Once you make it out to the area and meet your team, our managers will train you all day on your first day. The daily schedule is usually a morning correlation around noon, then knock your assigned area until dark. Around 7 hours of work, an average rep will earn $200/hr in commission.

How do we know we’ll get paid?
We have a legally binding contract in our onboarding process to ensure that you’re paid on every last install. We also have a user-friendly CRM to track your deals and install/payout status.
What is the typical payout timeline?
Most service providers we work with allow you to schedule installations as soon as the next day. Scheduling the install is up to you as the rep. You’ll schedule the install date on the door with the customer. After the fiber is installed, the money will hit your bank account within 14 business days.
Who will my manager be?
Before you’re onboarded, we can set up a Google Meet/Zoom call to meet your specific manager. All of our managers are certified chillers and Golden Door veterans. The manager will leave his personal phone number with you. Feel free to ask any questions you might have while deciding on the venture
